The Vila Olímpica da Gamboa opened, this Tuesday (7/3), more than 900 vacancies for the practice of sport. All classes are free and many modalities are available, such as stretching, basketball, judo, football, gymnastics, water aerobics, skateboarding, swimming, pilates, ballet and zumba. Each person can register for a maximum of three activities. The age range for the modalities is 5 years.

– The Vila Olímpica da Gamboa is an incredible space and offers activities for all audiences, from the youngest to the oldest. It is a great opportunity for those who want to practice physical activity – says the municipal secretary for Sports, Guilherme Schleder.

There are novelties among the proposed activities. Judo classes resume this month and will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. There are six classes in total, morning and afternoon, with an age range from 5 years old.

Applications are open from Tuesday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. They continue until all vacancies offered in each modality are filled.

The documents required for the registration of those over 18 are copies of their identity document, the CPF and proof of address. If you are over 60 or have a health problem, you must present a medical certificate. Minors must present copies of the identity card or birth certificate, the CPF and the identity of the responsible person, proof of address and the school record.
