Bourbon Atibaia, in São Paulo, one of the main resorts in the country, has invested around 9 million reais in the construction of the chain’s first water park, focused on children. O AquaKids was inaugurated last July, taking advantage of the school holiday period.
O new Acqua Kids water park it is inside the Bourbon Atibaia Resort and occupies an area of more than a thousand square meters, entirely indoors, with heated water in the winter period. The facility can accommodate up to 300 people. The attraction will be for resort guests only.
Among the attractions of the park stands out the swimming pool of 360 square meters, 30 centimeters deep and with a temperature of 30 degrees, suitable for children from 3 to 10 years old. In addition to the pool, the park also offers water toys, such as slides, a giant bucket and arches with jets and options for dry toys, such as a ball pool, swings and circuits.
This is yet another of the new attractions announced by the resort, which already has several leisure options such as heated swimming pools, beach tennis, tennis courts, games room, archery, soccer fields, in more themed spaces such as Monica’s Turma. For 2024, Bourbon Atibaia Resort has announced the creation of an artificial beach in the leisure area, dubbed Bourbon Beach. The equipment will offer a wet bar, hammocks, bungalows and spaces for bathing.
“Bourbon Atibaia has one of the best leisure and entertainment facilities, which is also the result of a vocation to always offer new experiences and follow trends. And in this plan for the expansion of the resort’s leisure areas, Acqua Kids brings together all the important elements to satisfy all guests: a fun, refreshing and healthy attraction that makes you forget about time. Sharing moments with family and friends is priceless, and Bourbon spared no effort to make this project a reality.
