Skrillex has already made history in Lolla. In 2015, it was voted best show of that year’s festival, with a presentation made of “electronic mix”, with an ensemble of reggae, pop, rock and dubstep.
The DJ will perform this Sunday, on the main stage, from 9 p.m. This ends the third and final day of the festival. Skrillex joins the line-up after rapper Drake canceled his participation.
Drake cancels his show at Lollapalooza Brasil 2023
According to the press release sent by the festival’s production team, Drake finds himself without members of his team, which would make it impossible to hold his show.
“Due to unforeseen circumstances, Drake found himself without members of his sound and production team, essential to hosting the Lollapalooza show in São Paulo. Drake was excited to perform for his fans in Brazil. Unfortunately, this is out of his control. My apologies,” said the note posted on Lollapalooza’s social media channels.
