“I’ve already spent £240,000 on my obsession with tattoo. I’m almost 100% covered in paint, but I’m not done yet“, that’s what he says Jeremy Schofieldbetter known as Rémy, is a Canadian whose almost 100% of his body is covered in tattoos.

Better known as Rémy, he is “the most tattooed man in the world” and has no intention of stopping his creations. He has had his body tattooed twice a week for seven years.

Almost all of Remy’s skin is covered in tattoos, except for part of his face and palms. The father also touched up his tattoos several times to keep the color vibrant. That’s about 2,200 hours under the needle over the years.

According to The mirror, the 36-year-old spent a whopping £80,000 on new designs and claims to have spent a total of £240,000 on his tattoos – which is equivalent to approximately R$1,540,000.00. He is currently 97 per cent covered in ink after booking two tattoo sessions a week for the past seven years.

Rémy has already been highlighted in the media after talking about his most painful tattoo: on the inside of his butt. He’s a former chef, he doesn’t plan to stop anytime soon and loves sharing his journey with more than 60,000 followers on Instagram. “My whole body has been tattooed several times,” he says.

“I’m currently working on a colored tattoo on top of the black tattoo and I’m going to start on my back soon. I also believe that I am currently the most tattooed person in the world that has ever lived,” explains Rémy.

Although he has no regrets, he is often the target of nasty comments on social media, but in person he says it’s different. “In fact, my son’s friends are always happy to meet me because most of them follow me. Tic Tacand some even asked me for an autograph and photos with me. The only “hate” I receive is really just a creation of social media,” he emphasizes.
