Reactions to the cancellation of Justin Bieber’s concerts in Brazil

The singer justin bieber issued a statement on social media on Tuesday (6) informing that he was canceling the shows he would be doing in Latin America. The news was already awaited by fans as rumors that he would cancel performances in São Paulo on September 14 and 15 began circulating on social media.

The Canadian artist has decided to suspend the shows to prioritize the care of his health. While many fans were upset by the cancellation days before the concert date, they also showed understanding and respect for Bieber’s decision to prioritize his recovery.

“I have spoken publicly about my battle with Ramsay-Hunt Syndrome, which left my face partially paralyzed. As a result, I was unable to complete my North American shows during the current tour,” Bieber explained. “After resting and talking to my doctors, my family and my team, I went to Europe to try to continue my tour. I did six concerts, but it was heavy on my body.”

He said he chose not to perform future performances. after singing in front of 100,000 people to Rock at Rio 2022 Sunday (4), third day of the festival. “Last weekend I performed at Rock in Rio and gave my all to my Brazilian audience. After leaving the stage, I was overwhelmed with exhaustion and I finally realized that I had to put my health first, so I’m going to take a break from my shows for a while.”

“I’ll be fine, but I need time to rest and get better. I’m very proud of my show and the message of justice I’m bringing to everyone. Thank you to everyone who prayed for me and m ‘have supported, I love you,’ he added.

According to Tickets for Fun, the company that reportedly brings Bieber’s concerts to Brazil, fans will receive guidance on refunds or keeping “Justice World Tour” tickets.
