Striker Cristiano Ronaldo, who is going through a turbulent phase at Manchester United, has sought professional help to resume his good time on the pitch.
The 37-year-old man has retained the services of Jordan Peterson, a famous Canadian psychologist, to carry out therapy sessions for the past few weeks.
The medical professional even spoke about the illustrious patient on Talk TV. He said CR7 met him through friends.
“Cristiano invited me to his house. He had problems for a few months and a friend of his sent him some of my videos. [Depois de ver]he wanted to talk to me, so he invited me over and we talked for a few hours at his house,” he began.
“He wanted, first and foremost, to talk about what he wants for the future and also some issues he’s facing right now. We strategically talked about it for over an hour,” added the Canadian.
Earlier this month, Cristiano posted a photo at his house next to the psychologist in his networks, but he did not detail the reason for the visit.
Peterson, who has nearly five million followers on Instagram, is also famous for authoring several publications in leading medical journals around the world.
