Internet users complain about the failure of the system in several banks – O Presente

Users are complaining on social networks about PIX malfunctions this Thursday morning (29). Transfer attempts have errors and do not complete.

Around 10:30 a.m., Nubank was among the most talked about topics on Twitter, but reports show the issue is affecting major Brazilian banks.

In response to a client, Itaú Unibanco specifies on social networks that there is an “intermittency for the realization of the PIX” and that the teams are working to regularize it.

Despite the indication of a general failure, the Central Bank said the systems are operating normally.

Nubank says it “regrets what happened and advises that operations are being normalized”.

Itaú Unibanco states that it has identified an instability in the transfer service via PIX. “The process has now been restored and will be back to normal for all customers as soon as possible. Itaú apologizes to its customers for any inconvenience.

Bradesco reported that the bank’s app had occasional intermittent moments in the morning, which have already been regularized. All service channels are functioning normally.
