The province of Quebec, Canada is currently accepting applications from international students who wish to undertake professional training programs in the country. The courses offered are in all areas, human, exact and biological. Candidates of any nationality can apply, with the exception of Canadian and French citizens.
Scholarships can range from C$14,000 to C$26,000, or approximately R$57,000 to R$105,000, depending on the quotation of the currency on Friday (24), at R$4,07. They also include health insurance. In total, the sums invested by Quebec in the program are 700,000 Canadian dollars, an amount sufficient to offer about thirty scholarships per year. The financial aid can be used to cover the living expenses of the student during his studies.
How to apply for scholarships
To apply, candidates must be over the age of 18, live outside of Canada before the start of the vocational training program and not receive other types of scholarships. In addition, it is necessary to prove a financial contribution of 3,000 Canadian dollars (approximately R$12,000).
