Ad Tech MonetizeMore last week announced the purchase of Advanced Ads, an ad technology platform specializing in advanced ad management tools and plugins for WordPress publishers. The acquisition is part of the strategies that should enable the Canadian company to surpass the $100 million mark in annual recurring revenue in 2024.
The purchase of the new resource also comes shortly after programmatic media Ad Tech was mentioned for the third consecutive time in the Globe and Mail list of Canada’s most dynamic companies.
Advanced announcements are a WordPress plugin to manage ads that have several functions suitable for website owners. These include: unlimited and flexible ads, user group targeting, ad scheduling, shareable reports, real-time statistics, integration with adsense and Google Ad Manager, as well as A/B testing. The tool powers over 150,000 websites and has a 4.9-star rating and over 1,300 votes on WordPress.org.

The main objective of MonetizeMore with the new acquisition, expands its ad optimization solutions for publishers, including advanced ad capabilities with no coding skills required.
“Advanced Ads complements MonetizeMore’s existing programmatic advertising tools and products to further support publishers. As we are poised for exponential growth this year, we will remain selective in our strategic acquisitions and partnerships with organizations that also enable publishers to monetize with ads,” says Kean Graham, CEO and Founder of MonetizeMore.
The acquisition will be effective immediately and the integration between the two platforms will begin shortly. The company will continue to support existing Advanced Ads customers. These, in turn, will also be introduced to MonetizeMore solutions, such as the AdOps platform PubGuru and other tools.
