Drake would be deprived of members of his sound and production team, essential to the realization of the show

Shortly after the announcement of the cancellation of the show that the Canadian rapper Drake would do this Sunday (26) in Lollaplooza, the Spanish singer Rosalía was announced as a replacement. The festival has, however, commented on the reason for the singer’s withdrawal and confirmed who will replace him.
According to the LeoDias column, Lollapalooza came forward and published a letter from the Canadian singer, in which he explains the reasons for not making the presentation.
In the statement, the cancellation was attributed to the absence of the technical team, which was caused by unforeseen circumstances. “Due to unforeseen circumstances, Drake is without members of his sound and production team, who are essential to the production of the Lollapalooza show in São Paulo,” he said.
Also according to the letter, the singer regretted the cancellation: “Drake was delighted to perform for his fans in Brazil. Unfortunately, this is beyond your control. Sorry”.
It will belong to Skrillex headlining the third evening of Lolla. The American singer was already in São Paulo to make some recordings and closed his presentation in place of Drake at the last minute.
