Justin Bieber commented on the suspension of the tour in Latin America, after playing at Rock in Rio this Sunday (4). In a note published on Tuesday (6), he says he is exhausted and intends to take care of his health. Watch, above, the best moments of the show at the festival.

The Canadian singer had concerts scheduled in São Paulo, Chile and Argentina. According to the press office, they have not been canceled. However, there is no information about the new dates. (read details below).

At Rock in Rio, the singer performed amid rumors that he would cancel the rest of the tour to take care of his mental health.

“Last weekend I performed at Rock in Rio and I gave my all for the people of Brazil. After leaving the stage, exhaustion took over and I realized that I had to do some my health a priority now,” he said.

“So I’m taking a break from touring for now. It’ll be fine, but I need time to rest and get better.” Read the full note below:

“Suspended” shows

Both shows in São Paulo were sold out and would take place on September 14 and 15.

According to a press release, the performances in Chile, scheduled for this Wednesday (7), and in Argentina, scheduled for Saturday (10) and Sunday (11), have also been suspended.

In addition to performances in South America, the tour initially had dates in countries including South Africa, United Arab Emirates, Israel, India and Japan. The last show was scheduled for March 2023 in Poland.
