At the invitation of Natalia Leite and Soraia Schutel, co-founders of Sonata Brasil, Clarice presents the show “A Lista”, unpublished in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. The play is based on a text by Canadian author Jennifer Tremblay and reflects, from the daily life of a woman full of duties, the habit of dividing life into tasks which, together, form endless lists.
The show is part of the exclusive “The Art of Doing Business” event, promoted by Sonata Brasil, a school for training leaders, and is organized by Andréa Fortes from Rio Grande do Sul. Natalia and Soraia will welcome guests at 6 p.m. and the event will begin at 7 p.m., with a moment that will discuss the female way of doing business followed by a play with Clarice Niskier, who has more than 40 years of career .
The actress, who is the attraction of the night, is a reference of the national theater. Acclaimed by audiences and critics alike, she is also known for her performance in “A Alma Imoral”, a play performed for 14 years in São Paulo – a rare feat achieved by the artist. The event will be closed and exclusive to members of Sonata Soul, a continuing education program for businesswomen, in addition to press and guests.
Written by Canadian Jennifer Tremblay, the play “La Liste” has been translated into several languages and staged on stages in several countries. It tackles the daily life of a super busy woman, who mourns the death of her neighbor and ends up feeling guilty for not paying more attention to her acquaintance in the midst of her busy routine full of lists.
The play earned Jennifer awards such as the Governor General’s Literary Award for Drama and the Prix Michel-Tremblay. Sonata Brasil was created in 2014. It is a school that seeks, through training that combines in-depth knowledge and learning through the five senses, to train leaders with a broader vision of the world.
