After beating Australians Taliqua Clancy and Mariafe Artacho del Solar by 2 sets to 1 on Thursday afternoon (8), Duda and Ana Patrícia qualified for the women’s beach volleyball final. The dispute for bronze will take place between Canada and Switzerland at 4 p.m.
Duda and Ana Patrícia had an impeccable campaign at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. With 100% success, they only lost one set in the tournament, the first in the semi-final.
The Brazilian pair beat Marwa and Elghobashy (Egypt), Liliana and Paula (Spain), Gottardi and Menegatti (Italy), Akiko and Ishii (Japan), Tina and Anastasija (Latvia) and Australians Mariafe and Clancy in the semi-final.
