PL Infrastructure Analyst – Capacity and Availability Management

• Higher level training;
• Experience in Power BI and/or Grafana) or experience in exploratory data analysis, involving Analytics technologies and tools such as Python;
• ITIL Foundation certification (v3 or higher) and Microsoft Certified Associate certification: Data Analyst Associate or MCSA Associate Certification: BI Reporting

PL Infrastructure Analyst – Internet Access Control and Content Filter

• Secondary or higher education;
• Experience working with Information Security: Blue Coat Certified ProxySG Administrator and (Microsoft Technology Associate or Microsoft Certified Professional or higher).

Infra SR Process Analyst – Quality Support and Continuous Improvement

• Diploma ;
• ITIL Certification: Microsoft Certified Associate Certification: Data Analyst Associate or MCSA Associate Certification: BI Reporting or minimum 24 (twenty months) experience in the Power BI tool;
• Experience in design activities, mapping analysis, automation and modeling of processes or quality areas;

APL Analyst. and AUT. PL – Application server management and support

• Complete secondary school;
• Have worked with the implementation and management of ITIL disciplines and processes: Experience in IT-related activities;
• Certification IBM Certified System Administrator – WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment V7.0 or IBM Certified System Administrator – WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment V8.0 or IBM Certified System Administrator WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment V8.5.5 or TBM Certified System Administrator – WebSphere Application Server Network Deployment V7.0 Certified system administrator IBM WebSphere Application Server Net Deployment V8.5.5 and Liberty profile or later;

SR Application and Automation Analyst – Automation Support Linux Environment

• Complete secondary school;
• Minimum experience of 2 (two) years in the specialty;
• Desirable knowledge of implementing distributed solutions (application infrastructure, network) and developing software using Cloud technologies (VmWare); in-depth implementation and orchestration knowledge and experience in containers and microservices;
• In-depth knowledge and experience in integration tools (CI), continuous delivery (CD) experience in monitoring tools;
• Experience with teams working with agile development methodologies; experience in automated implementation;
• In-depth knowledge and experience in creating infrastructure standards for web applications and APIs; experience administering the RedHat operating system;
• Experience in container technology Docker, Openshift, Kubernetes: experience in Infrastructure as Code (laaC), Infrastructure as a Service (Paas), Platform as a Service (Paa5) and Container as a Service (Caas);
• Knowledge of Ansible, Gitlab and Openishift technologies; Have an ITIL certification: Certification: DevOns Tools Engineer
