Doctor Daniel Soranz announced this Thursday (3) the return to the municipal health secretariat of Rio. He was elected federal deputy in the last election and had overseen the situation of federal hospitals in the state, among other projects.
“My return to the Municipal Health Secretariat has as its main objective the strengthening of integration between the federal, state and municipal networks in the SUS of Rio de Janeiro. As a federal deputy, I am committed to demonstrating the importance of the federal government in strengthening the SUS in the RJ. Now, as secretary, I will work even more intensively on this”, he said in a text published on his social networks.
The return to the post of Municipal Secretary of Health has already been formalized in the Official Gazette this Thursday (3) by Mayor Eduardo Paes.
In his farewell as federal deputy, Soranz mentioned some of his actions in Brasilia to strengthen the health of Rio de Janeiro.
“In my 100 days in office, I was able to act effectively in favor of public health through bills, prescriptions, reports of provisional measures, amendments, an inspection, the creation of the Parliamentary Vaccine Front and many more. other actions that will contribute to a new reality in the world. the life of all Brazilians,” he said, who also promised to continue supervising the proposed projects.
The vacancy in the Chamber, according to Soranz, would be inherited by Marcelo Calero, also from the PSD, but who is currently at the Municipal Secretariat of Culture. Who is expected to take over the vacancy at Brasilia is substitute Caio Vianna.
