Find out who was the top scorer in the Qualifiers and who can repeat the feat at Qatar 2022

The World Cup is approaching and with it comes high expectations with the tournament. Who takes the title? Who will be the best player? Who will be the top scorer? So, Bolavip Brasil has brought some numbers that can help answer some questions. The following list shows the main scorers in the Qualifiers from each continent and who can keep their good goal at Qatar 2022, see:

10 – Players who were the top scorers, but who will not be in the Cup

In Oceania, the top scorers failed to qualify their teams for the World Cup. They are: Alvin Hou and Raphael Leal of Solomon Islands with four goals each and Chris Wood of New Zealand with five goals.

On the African continent, scorers have also failed to take their teams to the World Cup. Islam Slimani and Victorien Adebayor were Algeria’s top scorers, with eight and five goals each respectively, and Zambia’s Fashion Sakala with five goals.

In Asia, Ali Mabkhout of the United Arab Emirates and Wu Lei of China were the top scorers with 14 and 12 goals each, but their teams will not be in Qatar.

Marcelo Moreno was South America’s top scorer, with 10 goals for Bolivia, which will not be in the Cup.

9- Yuka Osako

The Japanese player scored 10 goals in the Qualifiers and will be in the World Cup, in Group E, with Spain, Costa Rica and Germany.

8 – Cyle Larin

In North America, Cyle Larin was the top scorer with 13 goals. He represents the Canadian national team, which is in Group F, along with Belgium, Morocco and Croatia.

7-Jonathan David

Jonathan David was also Canada’s leading scorer in the Qualifiers, with nine goals.

6- Neymar

Neymar scored eight goals for Brazil in the South American qualifiers and is the most anticipated player to do the same for Amarelinha at the World Cup.

5 – Luis Suarez

Suárez also scored eight goals and helped lead Uruguay to Qatar in 2022.

4-Messi

Messi was Argentina’s protagonist in the qualifiers, with seven goals. The national team are among the favorites for the title.

3 – Harry Kane

Harry Kane was Europe’s top scorer, with 12 goals for England. The team is considered one of the best candidates to qualify for the World Cup.

2 – Memphis Depay

Memphis Depay also scored 12 goals for the Netherlands in the European Qualifiers. The Netherlands are in Group A, along with Qatar, Ecuador and Senegal.

1 – Lewandowski

Lewandowski has been one of the top scorers in European football for a few years now. In Qualifiers he scored nine times and could help Poland go far in the Cup.
