The Brazilian women’s soccer team continues its preparation for the 2023 World Cup and ends the year with two friendlies against Canada, broadcast by the World It’s from sportv for the whole country. If the hindsight between the selections shows a balance – in 26 games there are nine Brazilian wins, eight Canadian triumphs and nine draws – the current moment of the team led by technical Pia Sundhage could not be better, with 10 consecutive victories, 33 goals scored and only one suffered. The first of the two matches will take place this Friday 11, in Vila Belmiro, from 3:15 p.m. On TV Globo, narration will be by Renata Silveira and commentary by Ana Thaís Matos, Caio Ribeiro and Sandro Meira Ricci. In sportv, it is Natalia Lara who tells the story of the match, alongside Renata Mendonça, Carlos Eduardo Lino and Paulo César de Oliveira. Both teams return to the field next Tuesday, the 15th, at the Neo Química Arena, also at 3:15 p.m. Due to the retransmission of the matches, exceptionally the ”Afternoon Session” will not be broadcast on these two days.
For the Brasileirão, this Wednesday 9, TV Globo broadcasts three matches of the 37th round of the competition, at 9:30 p.m., just after ‘Travessia’. In this penultimate round of the Brasileirão, Premiere broadcasts five matches exclusively live. Among them, the duel between Fluminense and Goiás, at the Maracanã, a match that brings together the two main scorers of the tournament so far: the Argentinian German Cano, with 24 goals scored by the tricolor of Rio de Janeiro; and Pedro Raul, jersey number 11 of the emerald team and who has already tipped the opposing nets 19 times in this edition.
