Vaccination against influenza in people aged 18 or over begins this Tuesday (16) in Guarujá, on the coast of São Paulo. Flu vaccination is available at 20 vaccination posts set up in Basic Health Units (UBS) and Family Health Units (USAFAS) Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
According to the town hall, this year, the campaign will not be done in stages, and all priority groups will be able to be vaccinated from the start.
People aged 18 and over, children from 6 months to 5 years old, people with disabilities, pregnant women, health workers, postpartum women, education professionals, people with comorbidities, armed forces and security professionals, population deprived of liberty and employees, truck drivers and workers in public transport and ports.
Bedridden patients outside the Usafas coverage area will be assisted by appointment at the Hospitalization and Home Care Service (Siad) from Monday to Friday, at Rua Buenos Aires, 190 – Vila Maia. It is necessary to present RG, CPF, SUS Card and proof of address.
