Hot Beach Parques & Resorts was the big winner of the Totvs Brasil do Faz Award in Hotel Category. The result was announced this Thursday (29), at the end of the Universe Totvs 2023an event hosted annually by the tech company.

On behalf of Hot Beach, Director of Marketing and Sales, Heber Garrido; Corporate Marketing Manager, Vinicius Vilela, IT Manager – Innovation Technology, Alessandre Marcelino; in addition to the financial director Patrícia Albuquerque.

Promoted for the second consecutive year, the award is a recognition by Totvs of customers who have transformed the solutions provided into revolutionary digitization projects in their management, with a direct and positive impact not only on their own businesses, but also on their operating segments.

The network’s grand digital project began to be conceived in 2019, when Totvs sought a solution that would integrate resort-wide guest and visitor spending with the smart bracelet, which had already been launched two years earlier to replace traditional consumer cards.

In addition to making life easier for customers and visitors, the solution has contributed to an increase of approximately 30% in the value of the average consumption ticket throughout the resort, which includes additional expenses incurred at the Hot Beach Resort water park, Vila Guarani – entertainment, shopping and gastronomy center – and at any of the four resorts – Thermas Park, Resort & Spa, Celebration Resort Olímpia, Hot Beach Resort and Hot Beach Suites.

The Hot Beach Parques & Resorts chain belongs to the Ferrasa Group, of the Ferrato e Sant’Anna company, founded in 1981, which operates in the fields of civil construction, hotels, real estate developments and vacation ownership and has hospitality in its DNA.
