Influencer Tanya Pardazi has died aged 21 after suffering a parachute accident in Canada. The young Canadian has accumulated nearly 100,000 subscribers on TikTok and has already been a semi-finalist in the Miss contest of her country.

The philosophy student was completing the last part of a skydiving course in Ontario, Canada. It was his first solo jump after training at Skydive Toronto. An investigation has been opened by the authorities.

According to a company statement, Tanya took a long time to activate the main parachute, which did not provide “time or altitude for the backup parachute to inflate.” Skydive Toronto also mourned the tragedy.
