In the session of this Wednesday (01), the deputy Eduardo Mantoan presented the request asking the government of Tocantins to present the plan for implementing the 25% increase in the salaries of state officials.
On February 8, the Federal Court (STF) published the final and unappealable certificate of the Direct Action of Unconstitutionality – ADI 4013 – which dealt with the readjustment of 25% granted to the civil servants of the general framework and of the health of the Tocantins in 2007.
“I urgently request the governor to present the implementation plan for the 25% readjustment of civil servants’ salaries, along with details and the timetable for implementation. The plan will ensure transparency and efficiency in the decision, while allowing for greater planning and negotiation with the civil service,” the MP said.
The session was accompanied by representatives of Sisepe-TO, Union of Civil Servants of the State of Tocantins, the Administrative Director, Natal César Alves de Castro and the President, Elizeu Oliveira. “This is an important step for our category, after 16 years of fighting for this right. About 20,000 servers will benefit from the readjustment. We thank the Deputy Mantoan who once again honors his commitment to the agents of the State”.
