Maple Bear from Araçatuba (SP) received the specialist in the field of education, Telma Resende, trainer of the
“Portuguese Language Program”
of the academic team of the Maple Bear network. It should be noted that the school is constantly undergoing training with the aim of always improving. Most trainers come from Canada.

The specialist had a conversation on Wednesday (9) with the employees and on Thursday (10) with the parents of the students, enriching the environment with knowledge, exchange of experiences and reflections on pedagogical practices. It was also an opportunity to promote the professional development of the team and to strengthen the performance of the educators.

“I discussed with the professors and we exchanged ideas so that we can always achieve greater excellence in Canadian methodology. We were able to talk to families and even clarify doubts,”

Environment

During the conversation, learning spaces in classrooms were also discussed. After all, that’s what sets Maple Bear apart.
“We have a space dedicated exclusively to collective learning, which is the time of the circle. We also have a meeting space in a semicircle, where conversations take place, learning together, eye contact, exchange of ideas, learning to listen and speak, where everything is done collectively.”
