No more zebra and rout of Spain; see today’s summary and statistics – 23/11/2022 – Sport

With another day of loose zebras, Wednesday (23) from world Cup there was a historic turning point, Spanish dance and resistant selections.

It was the third day of contention in the group stage, which runs until December 2. GROUP E

Morocco vs Croatia

THE first game of the day ended in a tie between the teams. The match remained level throughout both halves and the teams enjoyed a lackluster game on their Cup debut. The current vice-champion stopped on the Moroccan defense, which hit the 18 Croatian centers.

Belgium beat Canada 1 to 0, won the victory, but did not cheer up. It was a balanced match both in possession of the ball and in total passes and shots on goal. Always designated as one of the candidates for the title, Belgium has shown that it is not at the same level as the last World Cups.

Germany vs Japan

THE the surprise of the day was the Japanese team, who scored a 2-1 comeback against Germany. Both teams had a good game. After the break, the Germans continued to squeeze the Japanese, but they could no longer find the way to the goal. And they still started to leave spaces in defense.

Spain v Costa Rica

Unlike other heavyweight sides, Spain made their Cup debut with a win – and with a clean sheet. The Costa Rican team had few scoring chances and let the Spaniards dominate the game. On the score of 7-0, the Spanish selection has the same three points as Japan, but with a greater goal difference.
