Thais Fersoza and Michel Teló put on a very romantic little show this Thursday evening (3). Both went to the concert of the Canadian musician Michel Bubleone of the greatest icons of romantic music, in Rio de Janeiro, which took place at the Jeunesse Arena.
The presentation opens the artist’s series of concerts in Brazil: in addition to Rio de Janeiro, he goes on stage in São Paulo, at the Allianz Parque, on two dates (November 5 and 6), and in Curitiba, at the ‘Estádio Athletico Paranaense, day 8.
In April, Bublé was on the cover of WHO and gave an exclusive interview, in which he explained how his fans encompass the most diverse groups, ages and genders.
“What I’m most proud of is when I look out into the audience and see such an eclectic group of people. It gives me faith that music is the great connector. It’s pretty crazy! I mean , in America, it’s always been like that. Friends who went to see me for the first time didn’t understand anything because they saw so many black people in the audience, then a bunch of kids – who were celebrating their ninth birthday with their friends – Islamic veiled women, a guy with his ninety-year-old grandfather… And they were like, “What is this? How can it be?” ‘It’s just music and I make music for everyone,’ he says, who has performed here three times and whose songs have appeared on the soundtracks of nine Brazilian telenovelas.
