The neighborhood of Cajazeiras, in Salvador, receives, from this Thursday (28), a fair of free health care. The project, called “Ação Saúde da Família”, is promoted by the José Silveira Foundation, in partnership with Bahia Meio Dia and TV Bahia.
The action runs until Saturday (30) and offers care for nine specialties, including gynecology, cardiology, nutrition, as well as examinations such as x-rays and mammography. The sessions take place from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., in the multisport gymnasium of Cajazeiras.

You Interested persons must present themselves on site with an identity card and an SUS card, to carry out the screening and to be referred to the service. Those who opt for X-ray and ultrasound examinations must present a doctor’s prescription.
In addition to health care, educational activities are offered such as workshops and multidisciplinary conversation circles that address topics such as health longevity and quality of life.
