After the “Legendary” ride, Thermas dos Laranjais, the most visited water park in Latin America, has just announced its next mega-attraction: a new complex of slides, with several novelties in the world and which promises to raise the adrenaline level.

The novelty was presented this Wednesday 10 during the 2nd Adibra Networking Day, an event organized by the Association of Amusement Park Companies of Brazil, Adibra, which brought together the main players in the country’s entertainment sector in Olímpia, this week.

The toy is called Nations, a tribute to the creator and founder of the park, businessman Benito Benatti, a Brazilian of Italian descent. With an investment of BRL 60 million and an opening scheduled for 2024, Nações will consist of two super water slides, starting from a 33-meter high tower. The descent will be done using buoys with up to six people at a time.

In the final stage of detailing the technical project and the scenographic staging, the attraction is developed by the Canadian company White Water West, one of the most renowned “toy factories” in the world – and partner of Thermas in other toys – under the supervision of the architect and president of the park, Jorge Noronha. “Nations should surpass Legendary in several respects. It is a grand and unique project, which adds even more to our already extensive portfolio of attractions – in addition to following Mr. Benito, who has always sought to bring unique attractions in Olímpia in the world,” said Noronha. Currently, Thermas dos Laranjais has more than 55 attractions.

Nações will be built in the current area of ​​Thermas dos Laranajais. The water park, however, revealed that it had recently finalized the acquisition of an adjoining area of ​​more than one million m², to continue to expand over the next few years, with new attractions and, consequently, also expanding the public capacity, which is currently already more than 20 thousand tourists/day.
