Four matches open the third week of the Women’s Nations League (VNL) this Tuesday (11). The last stage before the final will be played in Hong Kong (China), where Brazil will be present, and in Fukuoka (Japan). The highlight of this first day is the confrontation between Italy and Canada. The European team is looking to confirm itself within the G-8, while the Canadian teams are still fighting for an Olympic place.
The matches in this stage will take place between dawn and mid-morning Brasilia-DF time. At dawn, the United States faces France with the team that Karch Kiraly will take to the Paris Olympics, with only two additional players. In 8th place, the American coach entered Andrea Drews for the first time in the stage in the hope of better results and a place in the final phase.

Next, José Roberto Guimarães’ men will face Germany, Bulgaria and Turkey.
