In 2024, the Rio Open celebrates its tenth anniversary. In one of the most beautiful landscapes in Brazil, clay courts are installed at the Brazilian Jockey Club and countless tennis stars have already passed through, but who will come to the tournament next year?

In an interview with the newspaper “O Globo”, Lui Carvalho, director of the Rio Open, revealed that he would confirm, in the coming weeks, an “unprecedented and publicly acclaimed name for the tournament”, which will will be held in February 2024.

Although he did not reveal who the tennis player in demand on social networks is and who will participate in the Rio Open 2024, Lui Carvalho gave some advice.

Some examples are the Spaniards Rafael Nadal, Carlos Alcaraz, David Ferrer, Fernando Verdasco, Tommy Robredo and Nicolás Almagro, the French Gael Monfils and Jo-Wilfried Tsonga, as well as the Austrian Dominic Thiem, the Croatians Marin Cilic and Borna Coric.
