Being part of the Williams Driver Academy last year gave me an important platform to develop myself as a driver and prepare for the next chapter. I’m ready and excited to be part of this journey as the team looks to move up the grid.”
The United States has a driver on the grid again, something that hasn’t happened since 2015, when Alexander Rossi, who contested five races with the Manor team. Before him, Scott Speed, in 2007, represented the country.
