Brazil wins gold in show jumping at the Pan American Games. Stephan Barcha, who rode the Primavera Império Egipcio Horses, shone this Friday (3) in Santiago (Chile) by adding 8.06 points lost. Silver went to Kent Farrington, riding Landon, for the United States, and bronze went to another North American, Mclain Ward, riding Contagious.

Primavera is an incredible mare and I have always tried to take her in the best way possible”, said Stephan Barcha, who, among other titles, was double champion of Brazil senior top 2020/2021 (maximum performance), now also its performance among the country’s main general practitioners in 2022.

Another gold medal in this sport arrived this Friday, with Laís Nunes in the category of less than 62 kilos after triumphing by decision against the Cuban Maria Santana. Joilson Júnior was overtaken by the North American Kamal Bey to win the silver medal in the Greco-Roman wrestling category up to 77 kilos.
