Recognized and already traditional among the public of Serra Gaúcha, Yukki Sushi Drink Hall arrives on the Litoral Gaúcho. This Friday (10/11), one of the best sushi restaurants in southern Brazil opens, in an intimate event for guests, a new operation in Capão da Canoa, located Rua Ubirajara, 542, in the central area and gastronomy of the city. The proposal is to bring the best of traditional and contemporary Japanese cuisine and offer unique and striking experiences to the demanding palates of the public who frequent the northern coast of Rio Grande do Sul. The investment is close to R$1 million and the company is headed by partners Jonifer Montagna (who brings more than 10 years of experience skill in the field of gastronomy), Nelso Olmi Júnior and João Braga.
Designed by Caxias do Sul architect Elisangela Selau, the project occupies an interior area of 220 m² and an additional 80 m² of terrace which will house the Estação Verão. The environment has the capacity to accommodate approximately 140 people in both spaces. and draws attention to the details and exclusive differences of the project, which follows modern architectural trends, bringing the vibrant colors of the sea, the art of geishas and Buddhas expressed on the walls, natural elements such as bonsai, as well as cherry trees. which give a humanized and cozy touch. The sushi counter completes the contemporary proposition with its LED-backlit Corstone stone covering. For guests who want a more private space, Yukki offers three exclusive and comfortable tents.
The Capão da Canoa unit will offer the three house festivals: the traditional (served from Monday to Thursday), the prime and the experience (every day of the week), as well as à la carte dishes. Yukki works with exclusive products, noble cuts, exotic pieces and delicacies such as oysters, Canadian scallops, haddoksalmon black, Spanish octopus, gravlax, caviar eggs and signature sauces. The house also stands out for its drinks menu, which presents more than 20 proposals, some of which are original and exclusive. The wine and sparkling wine list offers around forty labels to accompany the dinner, showcasing the wine estates of the region and Brazil, as well as international labels.
Yukki has a team of 16 employees in Capão da Canoa and will be open every day of the week, from 6 p.m. to midnight, with extended hours during the summer season.
