“I had several tests and learned that I have Parkinson’s disease. As I always need to be accompanied by a carer and my daughter lives in Canada, I will live with her there . Before leaving Brazil, I wanted to say goodbye to you, Aninha. I couldn’t leave without coming here, because I don’t know when I’ll be back. I’ve missed you so much. I can’t see you. forget. Visibly moved by the reunion, the presenter boasted that Luzinete is a specialist in cakes. “I’ve known her for about 30 years. Her cakes are all delicious,” the presenter said. Culinary says she has earned the right to Canadian citizenship. “There, I will have my pension in dollars,” he laughs.
During the conversation, Luzinete spoke fondly of Palmirinha Onofre, who died aged 91 on May 7. “Palmirinha was a great friend. I remember traveling with her to Rio de Janeiro and she loved sharing her adventures,” he said.
