“It’s not easy and it takes work, but I love it,” Kormish told the Toronto Star.

Canada returns to the world’s largest team tournament after 36 years. A member of Group F, the Canadian team makes its World Cup debut on November 23, at 4 p.m., against Belgium. Croatia and Morocco complete the list of opponents for the first phase.

Qatar’s logistics facilitate the fan’s ambition to break the record for most games watched at a World Cup. The longest distance from one stadium to another is only 50 km. Even so, the mission will not be easy, in addition to being present at the matches, the Canadian will have to have two witnesses to confirm his presence at the event.

– I’ve been waiting for this all my life, always in love. We had a lot of dark moments. Words cannot explain. The shivers down the spine, only the shivers invade the whole body. How cool is that? That Canada is here when a Canadian will break the Guinness record – he concluded.

The Canadian has been planning the plan to break the record since last year. During the trip, fans assumed the hardest part was getting tickets to the game. The fan has been to other World Cups before, but this will be the first to see Canada on the pitch.
