Rock in Rio 2022 is over. A seven-day festival brought together thousands of people at the Olympic Park in Rio de Janeiro in early September and celebrities were in attendance every day of the event. In a survey conducted by Whothey voted the best show on the Mundo stage and on the Sunset stage.

Coldplay, which performed on September 10, received the most votes. Led by Chris Martin, they performed hits like Fix You, Scientific, Yellow, My Universe, among other things, and the lighting of the show was entertainment in itself. The public won bracelets with colors synchronized with the group’s presentation.

“My favorite show was Coldplay. They’re not the band I’ve been the biggest fan of in my life, but I was impressed with their delivery, their performances, their commitment and their energy. Music heals and that was beautiful to see mass healing. I cried, I danced in the rain, I thought it was beautiful,” said gaby lopes.

Justin Bieber, who performed on September 4, came in second. Although he put the tour on hold, the Canadian singer gave his all on stage at Rock in Rio. He garnered votes from celebrities like Bruna Griphao, Flavia Viana and the compatriot Mariano.

The best show on the Sunset Stage was Gilberto Gil. “The show I liked the most was Gil’s, even though I’ve seen him several times. I was moved to see him with his children and grandchildren on stage, all together,” said bliss Regina case.

Luísa Sonza ended up in second place in the vote. She performed three times at Rock in Rio: Sunday (4), Friday (9) and Saturday (10) with CeeLo Green.
