Celine Dion cancels world tour due to rare illness

Celine Dion, 55, has canceled performances of her world tour, the Courage World Tour, due to her health issues. The singer was diagnosed with rigid person syndrome. In a statement on social media, Céline says it is difficult to make the decision to cancel the shows, but it is necessary.

“It’s not fair for you guys to keep postponing shows, and even if it breaks my heart, it’s best that we cancel everything now until I’m really ready to get back on stage.” The singer says that even when she’s at 100%, it’s hard to shoot.

Anyone who has already purchased a ticket for any of the 42 tour dates will be refunded. The tour would start in August this year and run until 2024, with shows in countries including Holland, France, England, Denmark, Germany. and Ireland.
