ABU DHABI, 5th July, 2022 (WAM) — Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, Sheikh Nahyan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, on Monday welcomed Marcy Grossman, Canada’s Ambassador to the United Arab Emirates – about to end her post .
Sheikh Nahyan stressed that the two countries have a strategic relationship which is growing with the support of the leaders of the Emirates and Canada. He also praised the Ambassador’s efforts and contributions during her tenure, which have led to the consolidation of the relations that unite the two countries and peoples. The Minister of Tolerance wished the Canadian Ambassador much success in her future mission, stressing the importance of intensifying efforts towards a comprehensive strategic partnership in various fields.
The Ambassador, in turn, expressed her sincere gratitude to the leadership and people of the UAE for the good cooperation and support she received at all levels, which in turn contributed to the success of her mission to the United Arab Emirates. . Grossman also praised the policies of the UAE’s wise leadership, led by President His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, and their vision for the future, which has helped the UAE achieve top positions in development indices in various sectors.
