In police custody while on trial for extortion, Mathias Pogba reappeared Friday in videos posted on social networks, bringing new charges against his brother Paul Pogba, Juventus midfielder. In the report, recorded before Mathias’ arrest, he says: “if you watch the video, it’s because Paul found a way to silence me”. Then he tells how his brother would have hired a wizard to win the 2018 World Cup with France and also to harm the career of his teammate Mbappé.

“He commissioned a wizard for France to win the tournament. It is a very young wizard, called Ibrahim, nicknamed Grande, who is a secret partner of the company Team 5, located in Roissy-en-France”, says the brother of the French star in one of the videos. “Paul trusted the wizard more than God, entrusting the wizard with a great task to help the France team win.”

Regarding Mbappé’s case, he said Paul acted against his partner out of envy. “The witcher was tasked with neutralizing Kylian Mbappé, who at that time was on the rise, overtaking Paul’s notoriety, unaware that behind his back Paul was indulging in witchcraft to sabotage his matches,” he reported.

Previously, Mathias had already accused his brother of using witchcraft against Mbappé, but the more than 30 new videos released this Friday feature a more detailed speech. It is not possible to know when the statement was filmed, but the use of different T-shirts indicates that the parties may have been filmed in more than one day. Everything he says is read on paper.

According to Mathias, the wizard would be a close friend of former player Alou Diarra and would have been recommended to Paul Pogba by the Ivorian Serge Aurier, right side of Nottingham Forest. He also claimed his brother used witchcraft ‘to ensure Manchester United overtake PSG’ in the 2019 Champions League.

Mathias is accused, along with childhood friends, of having tried to extort his brother. The group reportedly demanded 13 million euros (approximately R$67.2 million) from the midfielder not to reveal any secrets about his life. In the videos, Mathias claims he is at the mercy of criminals believed to be the real perpetrators of the extortion. “He always surrounded himself with criminals and delinquents whom he used to protect himself on the streets and do business,” he said. In another video in the series, Paul is said to have abandoned his family members and left them destitute.
