Sepultura will share the stage with the Brazilian Symphony Orchestra. A meeting between Andreas Kisser’s guitar and classical instruments.

Behind the scenes, the group has space to socialize and five common rooms. There was no special request from the band to the organizers.

O RJ1 visited one of these rooms. The air conditioning had been working since early Friday afternoon. Snacks, chocolate and a coffee machine await the arrival of the group.

The decor is simple. A sofa, a rug and a coffee table. Above, a room diffuser with aromas of Sicilian lemon, mandarin and cedar.

Canadian singer Justin Bieber, performing on Sunday (4), asked for a tub with 80 pounds of ice.

“The bathtub is on the way, the ice is already requested”, says Ingrid Berger, manager of the lodges at Rock in Rio for more than 20 years.

There is no shortage of curiosities in the pantry intended to store the foodstuffs that will be used by the artists. Concerned about the voice, the singers ask for imported liquids. There is water from Norway and English tea.

The members of the group also ask to know the national products. Among them is a beer from Ribeirão Preto, inside São Paulo.

Coldplay and Justin Bieber asked biodegradable cups for the dressing room. Behind the scenes, the glasses are already separated to serve the stars.
