The Undersecretary for Sports and Recreation of Rio das Ostras opened registrations for sports projects this week. To register, you must go to the headquarters of the Undersecretary, at the Julieta Carvalho Vianna Municipal Stadium, located at Rua Francisco Ivanilson Guimarães de Barros, s/nº Operário, from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
In addition to projects already known to the population, such as football, volleyball and bodyboarding, new sports have been included in the grid, such as Goalkeeper School, Beach Soccer, Personal Project, Gymnastics Acrobatic, Futtable, Queimada and Personal Defense, expanding to 57 the number of projects offered.
The Undersecretariat also intends to take over the sailing school and expand para-sports modalities, offering athletics, football, basketball, badminton and sports initiation for autistic children and those with motor and psychosocial disabilities.
Another highlight is the Accessible Beach project, which has an adapted wheelchair so that people with physical disabilities can enter the water.
All classes are taught by teachers trained in the fields of physical education and health.
Classes start from January 9th. Students from 4 years old can participate.
When registering, it is necessary to take 2 3X4 photos; RG or birth certificate (adults and children); school declaration (children and adolescents); medical certificate; and proof of address.
For those already registered, re-registration is also open.
All you have to do is show up at the Julieta Carvalho Vianna municipal stadium with a photo ID, a school certificate (children) and a medical certificate (adults and children).
