What are the factors that tend to cause burnout?
The main reason is the mismatch between people and their jobs. It is impossible to like certain jobs, at the same time there are people who will never be satisfied in any job. But in most cases, burnout occurs when people are in a job that is incompatible with the way they want to work. A job can be fulfilling for a while, but become tedious when the person is ready to move on to a more challenging position. The main characteristics of burnout syndrome are continued exhaustion, the emergence of cynical attitudes towards work, clients and colleagues as well as feelings of discouragement and loss of confidence in one’s abilities.
