The show begins with Michael Cole and Corey Graves waving to the audience as Sami Zayn and Solo Sikoa head to the ring, followed by Ricochet and Madcap Moss.
Team match: The Bloodline (Sami Zayn and Solo Sikoa) vs. Ricochet and Madcap Moss
- Sikoa and Zayn won with a “Swinging Solo” on Ricochet.
After the match, Moss tries to attack Zayn, but Sikoa helps him, knocking Moss out of the ring.
Back from the break and we go backstage with Zayn and Sikoa. Zayn celebrates his victory as he approaches the Bloodline locker room. Jey Uso appears and says he is here to accompany his brother. Zayn says he’s fine before Jey lets him into the locker room. Jey then confronts Zayn and says he tricked everyone and will come after him if he puts his family in danger. Zayn says if he has a problem, he should talk to Roman Reigns.
Next, we cut to a video promoting the rivalry between Karrion Kross and Drew McIntyre at Extreme Rules.
We go backstage with Kayla Braxton and Austin Theory. Theory says he learned his lesson after Brock Lesnar and Tyson Fury ruined his cash-in at SummerSlam and Clash at the Castle, respectively. He says Drew McIntyre was embarrassed in Clash at the Castle. McIntyre unwittingly approaches him from behind and taps him on the shoulder. McIntyre challenges him to a fight.
Singles match: Drew McIntyre vs. Austin Theory (with Alpha Academy)
- McIntyre won via DQ after Otis threw him onto the steel steps.
All three fighters continue to attack McIntyre until Johnny Gargano rushes into the ring to save. He attacks them before Alpha Academy and Theory subdue him as well. Kevin Owens’ music plays and he rushes to the ring to even the fight. He throws Theory out of the ring before Gargano pulls Gable out of the ring and McIntyre gives Otis a Glasgow Kiss.
Maximum Male Models is then introduced behind the scenes. Ma.çé and Mån.sôör say they will make him proud when they “win the title”. Max Dupri asks if they will fight for the title and they say they will break the Canadian record for the longest pose.
Back in the ring and Los Lotharios enter, then Hit Row.
Team match: Hit Row vs. Los Lotharios
- Dolla and Adonis won with a “Heavy Hitter” on Carrillo.
A sign is seen in the audience that reads “have fun with what you are”, a possible reference to Bray Wyatt and the mysterious “White Bunny”.
Next, we cut to a video of the events between Liv Morgan and Lacey Evans last week. Ronda says Morgan may think she’s extreme, but she’ll kick her ass anyway. She says she’s the most dangerous unarmed woman on the planet, then asks what will happen when Morgan wields a baseball bat?!
Singles match: Ronda Rousey vs. Natalia
- Rousey won with an “Ankle Lock”.
After the match, Liv Morgan heads to the ring with a baseball bat in hand. The two face off and Morgan attempts to hit Rousey with the bat. Rousey dodges and runs away. Morgan follows her and tries to hit Rousey with the bat, but instead she hits the ringpost. Security then rushes to the ring and escorts Rousey out. Morgan then attacks him again, but the situation is brought under control soon after.
Then we go behind the scenes with Kevin Owens, Drew McIntyre and Johnny Gargano. McIntyre says he’s happy to be reunited with Gargano and tells Owens that while they may not always be on the same page, today they need to be allies. Owens then leaves and finds Sami Zayn. The pair share a look before Owens says he needs a new shirt.
Ludwig Kaiser says there are few things more insulting than the gift from the Brawling Brutes. Giovanni Vinci says none of them look like champions. Gunther says he will beat Sheamus next week. He says he will break his spirit before the trio destroy the Brawling Brutes.
The Brawling Brutes music plays and Sheamus steps into the ring. He says Gunther likes to talk about a big fight before saying Ridge Holland and Butch are stuck in Florida due to Hurricane Ian. He says he’s happy to kick the Imperium in the head. Vinci and Kaiser attack him, but Sheamus hits them with a “shillelagh”. He then enters the ring and confronts Gunther. Sheamus knees Gunther in the jaw and then prepares for the Brogue Kick, but Kaiser and Vinci overpower him. Gunther lands a series of blows on Sheamus then throws a powerbomb.
Sheamus takes the microphone and slowly stands up. He asks Gunther if that’s all he has. Imperium returns to the ring and Kaiser and Vinci attack Sheamus with kicks. They take the shillelagh and punch Sheamus in the face.
Singles match: Bayley vs shotzi
- Bayley won with a “Rose Plant”.
After the match, Bayley grabs a ladder and places it in the ring. She puts Shotzi in the middle, but Bianca Belair’s music plays and she runs to the ring to make the save. Bayley attacks Belair, but Belair puts her on his shoulder as he sets up his finisher. Bayley manages to escape.
Austin Theory and Alpha Academy head to the ring, followed by Kevin Owens, Johnny Gargano and Drew McIntyre.
Six-man tag team match: Drew McIntyre, Johnny Gargano and Kevin Owens vs. Mr MITB Austin Theory and Alpha Academy
- McIntyre’s trio won with a “Claymore” in Theory.
After the match, McIntyre takes a leather bracelet and whips Theory with it. SmackDown goes off the air to Drew’s applause.
