A famous actor dies from brain cancer and a statement is made

The actor had a stellar television career, with notable roles

In the late afternoon of last Tuesday (25), the death of the beloved Canadian actor was announced, Michael Kopsa. He was 66 years old and information about the death was made public by his wife, Lucie Frangionevia a post on Twitter.

Michael Kopsa has been diagnosed with brain cancer. He died on the 23rd, according to his wife, after suffering complications from the disease. Through social media, she, who was the actor’s longtime companion, mourned his death.

“The great Michael Kopsa has passed away. A dear friend and father of my daughter, Nora,” began Lucia Frangione. “He was an incredible actor, on stage and on screen, also a voice actor, carpenter, musician and painter. More importantly, he was a loving and very present father,” she added.

Michael Kopsa became famous for starring in the American series The X-Files, which was a big hit around the world. The actor was still in productions such as Stargate SG-1, in the famous science fiction series, The Net and The Outer Limits.

Already in the cinema, he starred in famous films like Fringe, where he played the recurring villain of the Observer, Captain Windmark, Smallville and Stargate. In addition to acting, Michael Kopsa has also worked as a voice actor and brought characters to life in Death Note, Dragon Ball, and X-Men: Evolution.

Thanks to social media, Michael’s many fans wrote their last goodbye messages to the actor and sent their condolences to the family.
