Last Saturday (20), Canadian actress Stefanie Sherk, who participated in the 2010 film The Return of Love, died.
The news was announced by Demian Bichir, the celebrity’s husband, via his Instagram account.
“Dear friends, on behalf of the Sherk and Bichir Nájera families, it is with inconceivable pain that I announce that on April 20, 2019 our dear Stefanie Sherk, my beloved and loving wife, passed away peacefully. It was the saddest and most difficult time of our lives and we don’t know how long it will take us to get over this pain. Stefanie’s bright, angelic and talented presence will be greatly missed,” the actor began.
Then, Demian asked for understanding in this difficult time.
“We will keep Stefanie in our hearts forever. We thank everyone in advance for your prayers and respectfully ask for your understanding so that we can peacefully and privately get through this incredibly difficult time. We sincerely hope that our beautiful Stefanie, my angel and love of my life, rest in eternal peace,” he concluded.
In addition to the romantic film, Stefanie also appeared in the series CSI and was confirmed in the cast of The Scream reboot, which is due out in 2020.
The actress and Demian had been married since 2011 and the cause of death has not been revealed.
