This Tuesday (28), the documentary “idear”, produced by videographer Lúana Zaparoli, from Jundiaí, won the award for best variety series of the Rio WebFest 2023the largest web series festival in the world.

The Jundiaí project stood out among the more than 2 thousand projects registered during the 9th edition of the festival, which selected 267 films in competition in 72 different categories. Thus, “idear” competed directly with 9 other projects, including 4 Canadian productions. The winners’ reveal ceremony took place at the Cidade das Artes, in Rio de Janeiro.

This victory represents an important milestone for the audiovisual production of Jundiaí, placing the city at the forefront among the main national and international producers. “I am very happy with this recognition which validates the quality of our work. It’s moments like these that push us to continue doing what we love and pursue our dreams,” emphasizes Lúana Zaparoli, owner of Yolo Films and responsible for filming and editing the material. Lúana and Alé Sarâiva are partners in the production company that conceived and produced the project, according to them, without any sponsorship or financial incentive.

‘Ideal’

The project is aimed at artists and their creations, following the design of their works and products, showing the process from start to finish. Thus, the documentary features the participation of Louise Helene, artist and artist who co-created the “Feito Tattoo” project and experiments with the body as a canvas to create her works. Louise painted figures such as Fátima Bernardes, Fábio Porchat and Edu Moscovis. In addition, it features Jefferson Carvalho, an agronomist and former banker from Jundiaí who abandoned his profession to become a singular artisan baker in Balão Galinha.
