Netflix launches new mobile games

(Reuters) – Netflix on Tuesday announced the launch of three mobile games, with a fourth title arriving later in the month, expanding its investment in interactive entertainment.

Canadian developer East Side Games has re-released its game Dragon Up as a Netflix mobile title, as has Spanish developer 11 Bit Studios with its role-playing adventure game Moonlighter. German HandyGames has remastered its strategy game Townsmen – A Kingdom Rebuilt to release it under the Netflix imprint.

All three mobile games are available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store for Android devices.

Direwolf Digital has adapted the popular mobile card game Exploding Kittens – The Game, which hits Netflix on May 31.

Since launching the gaming initiative in November 2021, the streaming service has acquired three studios, Finland-based Next Games, Texas-based developer Boss Fight Entertainment, and Night School Studio, the developer best known for its supernatural mystery adventure.” Oxenfree”.

These four titles bring the Netflix catalog to 22 games.
